Private gated development

The new private gated development project will deliver 25 homes.

The four-phase plan will include 7 bespoke townhouses (phase 1), eight luxury apartments including a four-bedroom penthouse (phase 2), four 3-bedroom semi-detached duplex houses (phase 3). In addition, as part of the development a further six homes (phase 4 – subject to planning approval).

Sat on the hillside overlooking Leeds, these homes are being delivered down to the finest detail which will include high-end finishes and smart home technology throughout. A truly unique residential development.

    Site progress update, December 2021 – Cliff Oaks

    Our joinery team have now completed installation of all mezzanine floor extensions as well as first floor and first fix M&E.

    The Mansion House have now undergone a full structural rebuild and Que Steel have completed installation of the main structural steel trusses for phase 3.

    Halestone’s are in the process of installing engineering brick padstones, keeping us well on project programme.

    Site progress update, September 2021 – Cliff Oaks

    Cliff Oaks Townhouses are on their final stages of completion.

    Phases 2 and 3 of the mansion and the stables will undergo final stripping out of the remaining internal partitions, mansion house roof is ready for tiling. Our team is preparing for new window installations and rebuilding of the external walls.

    The car park and drive to the car park has now also received the base coat of tarmac.
