Description of works
The £3million project will involve the renovation of Lamberts Yard, a grade II listed building – which is widely regarded as the oldest surviving timber framed landmark in the heart of Leeds.
Priestley construction will transform the historic property into 19 high-end apartments and ground floor retail units. In addition, it will also include penthouse suites and an exciting new rooftop garden.
Part of this remarkable architectural gem, dating back to the 17th century, requires extensive renovation. External work includes a complete revamp of cladding, new window installations and the rooftop extension.
