Priestley Construction makes the shortlist for two National Building Awards

Priestley Construction is extremely proud to announce that we have been shortlisted in two different categories at the National Building Awards 2019.

Our Conditioning House development is among the striking schemes nominated for Project of the Year (up to £10million). The impressive flagship development in Bradford city centre has already been a big hit at award ceremonies, taking home a prize at the International Property Awards in 2018.

Conditioning House is the first of its kind in Bradford; a refurbishment of a Grade II listed building into a mixed-use scheme comprising 133 luxury apartments, high-quality office space and on-site amenities, including a gym and café.

We have also been shortlisted for Contractor of the Year for a contract value between £1million and £5million. The nomination follows our work on the Hanover House scheme in Leeds for our sister company, Priestley Homes.

The transformation of Hanover House, the previous head office of Blacks Solicitors LLP, was an extensive restoration programme that met exact planning requirements to satisfy local authority and English Heritage requirements. The development brought 10 luxury homes to the heart of Leeds city centre.

The National Building Awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday 22nd May at Wembley Stadium.
