We’re extremely proud to announce that we have been named Contractor of the Year at the National Building Awards 2019.
This fantastic win follows an impressive 12 months for Priestley Construction, with our work on the Hanover House development in Leeds proving to be a particularly standout moment.
The transformation of Hanover House, the previous head office of Blacks Solicitors LLP, was an extensive restoration programme that met exact planning requirements to satisfy local authority and English Heritage requirements. The development brought 10 luxury homes to the heart of Leeds.
Our Conditioning House development was also named the runner up for Project of the Year (up to £10million). The impressive flagship scheme in Bradford city centre has already been a big hit at award ceremonies, taking home a prize at the International Property Awards in 2018.
The National Building Awards ceremony took place on Wednesday 22nd May at Wembley Stadium. This is the first national award for Priestley Construction and we’re delighted that our services have been recognised at this level.
