    Site progress update – Rivermill Court

    Rivermill court, Leeds is progressing nicely. The conversion of this historic mill into 27no. Apartments, next to the River Aire, has been progressing at a vigorous pace with all first fix complete. We now have plaster going on walls, skirting and architrave being fitted and kitchens starting to be fitted next week.

    All of our groundwork drainage is complete with backfilling due to be finished this week.

    New Windows are being installed and next week paint will be going on walls!

    As per the programme, we are due to complete this fantastic residential scheme in 7 weeks.
