Description of works

Located in Leeds city centre and within 5 minutes walk to Leeds train station. We will be undertaking an extensive refurbishment of the building to create some amazing new offices within the Leeds business district. Works will include full strip out and back to brick work. Exposed bricks and concrete will be cleaned and treated before leaving exposed. New walls will be formed to create the various rooms in the building. All new M&E will be fitted, all kept exposed with cable trays, conduit and ducting. New bathrooms, windows and decoration throughout, completely transforming the building. The end product will be a fantastic, industrial modern office building that will be available on the rental market. Due for completion Q3 2019.

    Site progress update, Jul 2019 – 60 Wellington Street

    We are on programme at our Leeds city centre office refurb project! We have designed and been the main contractor on this interesting scheme where ‘industrial modern’ with a twist is being delivered.

    Exposed M&E, exposed brickwork and Porcelonosa Link flooring, making this a very unique and bespoke project. It’s not been easy but progress is moving quickly and we are on course for completion next month. Ready for a new tenant to move in and fully appreciate this building. Watch this space…
