Description of works
Our first project in London. A conversion of the upper floors of a pub to create 3no. bespoke and high specification apartments. Our works will include the strip out of all internal walls. We will then get started on a loft conversion, the addition of structural steels and staircases, new windows, extension to the rear and creation of 3no. terraces.
The finishes will be of the highest standard with home automation and beautiful kitchens and bathrooms.
Completed under a JCT contract with the developer, the build will be quick, without sacrificing quality, ensuring our client receives maximum value and gets the building handed over in rapid time.
