Site progress update, May 2020 – Conditioning House

We’re flying through progress to our flagship project, Conditioning House.

In the past few weeks, we’ve made major advances with the internal fit-out, and all apartments in Mill One are now fully formed. Second fix joinery has also begun in Mill One, and decorators have started to join us on-site.

Mill Two has also seen some significant headway, with the new roof 95% done and due to complete in the next couple of weeks. The apartments are 75% formed with drylining and first fix M&E progressing.

Around three-quarters of the total 600 windows are now fitted, with the remainder on course to be complete in the next month

The next fortnight will see The Atrium roof coverings installed, and the scaffolding removed. This will mark a key milestone in the overall project, with Conditioning House truly taking shape.

Two show flats are due to complete in June. For more information, drop our team a line.

Conditioning House is going to be even more special and spectacular than we thought.

Site progress update, Feb 2020 – Conditioning House

Following extensive structural works which involved replacing main internal floor beams and flooring, safe access has now been gained to approximately 75% of the building and scaffolding around the site is being removed to allow for the installation of windows.

Internal fit-out works are progressing in mill one, including internal partitions, ceilings and the first M&E fix works. The remaining internal floor replacements are currently being fitted in mill two and the link building.

Works on the external and internal drainage and site services, including a new sub-station, are expected to progress through February. Plans to replace the roof on mill two and get going on the long-awaited atrium are also in place for February and March.
