   Site progress update, Decemeber 2022 – Conditioning House Phase 4

   We are well into the final stages at our Conditioning House Phase 4 project, on behalf of our clients Priestley Homes, we are delivering 13no. apartments under a JCT Design & Build contract.

   Kitchens are being fitted in all plots, with bathrooms no 80% complete with tiling progressing well. 2nd fix joinery has started this week as we to the finish line. Works are due to complete early 2023.

   Site progress update, November 2022 – Conditioning House Phase 4

   Works are flying on the fourth phase at Conditioning House.

   2nd side boarding is ongoing in Mill 2 with ceilings in two plots completed this week.

   Fire stopping is ongoing and complete in 2 plots so far. Plastering has now commenced as we hit the second half of the programme.

   Hot and cold feed completed to all plots with fire collars ongoing, electrical 1st fix is also completed to all plots.

   This week has seen the first kitchens being installed. We love seeing FF&E being installed and apartments coming to life.
