Description of works

Work on this four-storey house commenced in January 2020 and made strong progress in the first month. Priestley Construction is currently working on each floor level to fit partitions and the ceilings, as well as the first M&E fix works. Windows have been measured and are now being manufactured for a planned site installation in late March. The client-led designs are in progress for the finishes and planned completion is scheduled for early May 2020.
