Site progress update, December 2021 – The Old Post Office

Following the completion of final design and sequencing, we have now completed internal strip out works. Externally scaffolding have gone up and our team will be cleared debris build up from the gutters.

We will meticulously refurbish and retain many original features during the conversion of the upper floors.

All internal partitions, existing M&E installations, lathe, plaster ceilings and stairs have now been removed to allow for deflection head detail and roof repairs are set to commence. In addition, floor surveys will be carried out in all areas of the building.
