Site progress update, Novemeber 2023 – Marygate House

Progress update at our Wakefield city centre project. Enabling works are on-going and the windows have been removed from all floors. The blockwork piers are also progressing to form the new openings on each level, ready for new windows to be installed. Inside, we are just about ready for internal fit out to commence, which will really start to take shape and show the future of this building.

Site progress update, October 2023 – Marygate House

Progress update at our Wakefield city centre project for repeat clients @deuce_hotels We will be converting this building into a 26no. luxury serviced apartments and upgrading the existing ground floor retail units which are now fully let.

Demolition work has started and the windows on the second floor are being removed. The bricklayers are setting out and building the piers, starting on the first floor and working their way up the building, ready for the new windows and external look of this tired and dated building to be given a new lease of life. We love delivering some of the best building transformations in the country to our clients.
