Description of works
All apartments within this premier development will include luxury furnishings in an open plan living and dining area. In addition, it will include large windows, spacious bathrooms and up to 1GB fibre broadband.
Moreover, the developer is in the process of designing a new street scene, which will include upgrading of existing shop fronts and canopies to improve kerb appeals.
Meanwhile the 1970s commercial block which is close to the town’s historic Civic Quarter, is subject to major regeneration plans backed by the council.
This will be a thriving mixed-use scheme which is only a few minutes’ walk from Westgate rail station, offering easy commuting into Leeds.
