Each 4500sqft house will be finished to the highest standard to include feature designer fixtures and fittings, and the latest smart home technologies.

Site progress update, September 2023 – The Paddocks, Knutsford

Progress update at The Paddocks, Knutsford, Cheshire, for clients IP Properties.

We are nearing completion at our stunning site in Knutsford Cheshire, for our valued clients IP Properties. The bespoke and grand design homes are really starting to show their elegance and beauty. The month of September has seen plot 2 complete, with just the landscaping to follow, plot 3 is nearing completion with all staircases installed and 2nd fix journey underway. Including another stunning kitchen and bespoke media wall unit being installed by our carpenters on site.

In plot 4 the plastering is ongoing, and the Cedar soffit is now complete on the rear and front elevation. Plot 1 has seen the 1st fix complete, the bird cage has been erected in the entrance to allow safe access to finish the studwork and drylining.

Plot 2 is nearing completion with just the finishes touches to take place. Plot 3 has seen the joinery and M&E 1st fixes complete, the final windows are to be installed and the drylining is commencing next week. Plot 4’s roof works are now complete along with the 1st fix studwork, the 1st fix M&E is ongoing and due to be completed in the coming days.
We are very fond of the dark marble bathrooms with the stunning brass gold fittings.

Site progress update, June 2023 – The Paddocks

Progress update at The Paddocks, Knutsford, Cheshire, for clients IP Properties.

Plot 2 is now seeing the final touches as it moves closer to completion. The beautiful SieMatiic kitchen has been installed, along with all bathrooms including tiling and luxury brass gold fittings. The next few weeks will see the finishing touches including frameless glass balustrade to the stairs and the main bedroom balcony, final decorating and floor coverings.

Elsewhere, plot 3’s roof is on, posi joist is now installed and the flat roof has been waterproofed. Plot 4’s gable brickwork is ongoing along with the rafters and roof timbers.

These homes are going to have the real WOW factor, we cannot wait to show you the finished result.

Site progress update, May 2023 – The Paddocks

Progress update at The Paddocks, Knutsford, Cheshire. Our Exclusive build for clients IP Properties, to deliver 4no. bespoke homes of the highest standard in this much sought after location.
Works are progressing with 2nd fix joinery and M&E on going in plot 2 with decoration works ongoing and tiling started. Plot 3’s roof carcass is ongoing with the felt and batten progressing. Plot 4’s scaffold lift is ongoing as we progress to wall plate, and the block work is up to lintel height. Plot 1 is close behind with wall plate due to be reached this week. We should see all plots watertight within the next 6 weeks.

These grand designs homes are really starting to take shape, with the first SieMatiic kitchen being installed this month.

The quality being delivered by our project team is showing how invested we are in delivering best in class. We cannot wait to show you the finished result.

Site progress update, March 2023 – The Paddocks

Progress update at The Paddocks. Works are progressing well with the envelope to Plot 2 nearing completion; the roof is on, scaffolds are down, and the 1st fix works internally are nearing completion awaiting windows. Curtain walling is coming next week prior to commencing with plastering. Plots 1, 3 & 4; masonry is ready to be progressed up to eaves following the installation of the internal and external feature structural steelwork.

Externally, kerbing up to common roadways is progressing at speed with all drainage in, and we are shaping up to tarmac next week.

Site progress update, January 2023 – The Paddocks

We have seen plot 2’s brickwork and blockwork complete at our stunning project, The Paddocks. Scaffolds are also in progress and roof trusses are ongoing. Plot 3’s brickwork and blockwork have re-started around the steel beams. The main site entrance now has a tarmac base and has been top soiled.

This project is gathering pace. Each plot will become watertight across the next three months, with plot 2’s internals starting next month.

Site progress update, December 2022 – The Paddocks

Works are progressing well at our Knutsford project. Plot 2’s brickwork and blockwork continuation is up to wall plate, the detailed facework around the steel frame and insulation detail is complete and the internal birdcage has been removed. Plot 4 has seen the DPC detail complete along with the cavity fill and blockwork complete up to steal level. Plot 1’s sub–structure is now complete.

Site progress update, November 2022 – The Paddocks

Works are well underway on our Knutsford project. Plot 2’s brickwork is complete allowing for steel to be placed. The 1st lift scaffold is complete along with the steel frame. Plot 3’s super-structure brickwork to 1st lift is ongoing with the trad deck now in place and the scaffold to the gales is underway. On plot 4 the engineering bricks are in progress. Plot 1 has now been set with below-ground masonry being built up.
