Description of works

Priestley Construction has been appointed main contractors to convert this former police station in Milnrow, Greater Manchester, into 6no. contemporary 2-bed apartments. Works will include temporary propping, demo and structural alterations, followed by a fit-out programme installing new stairways and walls throughout.     Site progress update, Dec 2019 – Old Police Station

    Second fix works are well underway on our project at The Old Police Station, Milnrow. Kitchens are starting to be fitted with a new flooring to commence week commencing 9th December. New windows have been fitted where required and the new stone built meter housing which will house the electric and water meters will be completed over the next week or so.
